Hello everyone.

This message is for those of you who also use ParentSquare for communication in districts other than Millbury. The ParentSquare app is adding an account switching feature to help you keep your conversations separate, so it's easier to use. Here is the announcement from ParentSquare.

Switching Accounts in ParentSquare

What to Expect

• Now:The Account Switcher feature is ready. You can sign in to many accounts and switch between them.

• Mid-July:If you have one account for different roles or schools (like a parent and a staff account), ParentSquare will split them into separate accounts automatically.

  • After they are split, users will stay signed in to the account with the most permissions (like staff). They can use the account switcher to add another account and sign in to their other accounts, like a parent account.

ParentSquare is making it easier for users to manage their accounts. These updates are especially helpful for users who have many roles (like staff and parent) or accounts at different schools or districts.

What to Expect

• Mid-July: If you use one ParentSquare account for different roles or schools (for example, you are a parent and a staff member), ParentSquare will separate it into different accounts.

  • After the accounts are separated, you will stay logged in to the account with the most access (like staff). You can use the account switcher to add your other account(s), like your parent account.
